Shipping


U.S. Orders:

All orders ship FREE in the United States via UPS or USPS economy service. If you would like expedited service, 2-day and overnight choices are available at checkout.

Shipping Time:

Orders have a processing time of 1 - 3 days. If you are in a hurry, please let me know and I will do my best to get it out to you immediately. Email tina@bluehighwaystrading.com
Orders ship from Keene, NH, with a 2 - 5 day delivery time for US locations.

Holiday shipping delays are expected with UPS and USPS, please allow 2 weeks to ensure Christmas delivery.

International Orders:

We ship worldwide!
IMPORTANT: Please read the following prior to placing your intentional order.
All prices are listed in US Dollars. Blue Highways Trading ships via USPS. Import duties, VAT taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. We do not accept returns for international orders.
Shipping time will vary depending on the country and is typically 6-12 business days. 
PLEASE NOTE:  We do not have access to determine the exact date that an item will be received or how long the transit time is overseas. This varies country by country.

Wrong addresses:

Please ensure you have entered the correct address upon checkout. Once your item is delivered to the Post Office (typically within 1-2 business day of an order), we have no way to change the shipping address. If you contact us before the item is sent, we can update your address.
If an item is deemed undeliverable due to wrong or insufficient address, we cannot refund your initial shipping amount. If the item is sent back to us, we will issue you a refund for the products (less any return shipping we are charged, if applicable). If the package is not returned to us, (i.e. if you sent it to an old address where it was actually delivered and the current resident accepted it) we will not be able to issue a refund.

Damage:

In the unlikely event that items in your order are missing, broken or damaged in some way, please contact us and send a photo or a description of the problem to tina@bluehighwaystrading.com. We will solve the problem or put you on the right path to resolve it with the carrier. 

By purchasing from the Blue Highways Trading Company website you are entering into a shipment contract. As a result, the risk of loss or damage for items purchased from this website transfer to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
