Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Blue Highways purchase. If there is a problem, no matter what it is, please contact us immediately at tina@bluehighwaystrading. We will do whatever we can to resolve your issue.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, with tags on and in the same condition that you received it. If we can't resell it, we can't credit you for the return. Please note that some imperfections will be present in any handwoven blanket and are not considered defects. Gift Cards are not returnable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are unable to process returns after 30 days from date of original order.
Due to the extremely high cost of international shipping, returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.
Exchanges
We are happy to help you with exchanges. Please email tina@bluehighwaystrading to confirm your exchange and to make sure we have the item you would like to exchange for in stock. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges.
Refunds
When your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
Please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you are concerned about the status of your refund, we will be happy to assist. Contact tina@bluehighwaystrading.com.
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For return shipping, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We can't track your returned item unless you provide us with tracking number.
