To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, with tags on and in the same condition that you received it. If I can't resell it, we can't credit you for the return. Please note that some imperfections will be present in any handwoven blanket and are not considered defects. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise notified. We are unable to process returns after 30 days from date of original order.

Due to the extremely high cost of international shipping, returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.


We are happy to help you with exchanges. Please use the email contact form on this site to confirm your exchange and to make sure we have the item you would like to exchange for in stock. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges.


When your return is received, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received the item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

Please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you are concerned about the status of your refund, I will be happy to assist.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping

Please make sure to contact me before attempting to return any item. I will email you a shipping label to use for your return.
Responsibility for return shipping costs is determined individually, depending on reason for return.
